Dr. Saretsky's Cosmetic Surgery Center contains a private consultation area and a state-of-the-art operating room. The surgical suite is certified by the American Association of Accredited Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, helping to ensure the best technical results as well as the safety of all patients. After
graduating with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School,
Dr. Saretsky completed a five year Surgery residency leading to
a Board Certification in General Surgery. He then trained
in Plastic Surgery for an additional two years at the University
of Texas Southwestern Medical School, achieving Board Certification
in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Subsequently he continued
at the Medical School as an Assistant Professor in the Division
of Plastic Surgery. In 1982 Dr. Saretsky opened his private practice
specializing in Cosmetic Surgery. Procedures commonly performed
